Concrete crack repairment process
Fixing crack concrete with Epoxy Injection could be used in crack size more than 0.3 – 5 mm. The process would start with injecting Epoxy resin in the crack to fill in making the concrete crack free.
Places that are suitable for Epoxy Injection uses are:
- Crack factory floor.
- Crack parking lot floor.
- Crack road.
Step 1 Set up Epoxy discharger within 20 cm and cover the crack with epoxy putty. Wait an estimate 2 hours until dry.
Step 2 Mix Epoxy thoroughly with ratio of sika dur52
Step 3 Pour the mixed solution in the discharger. Discharge the solution from the bottom.
Step 4 Increase the pressure until the epoxy solution overflow. Then, the solution overflow until it fills the crack. Then, wait 24 hours or until dry.
Step 5 Remove the hoe and smooth out the surface.
Step 6 Apply lime water to smooth out the surface.
