FRP lining

FRP lining or fiber glass coating is a coating that would protect surfaces from chemical and heat. The coating solution consist of fiber glass and resin. The coat is resilience to acidic or basic chemical, erosion from other chemical that is used. The coating solution could be applied on concrete and steal surface. The coat has a life span of 5 years after applying.

Resin that our company use is as following:

Polyester resin   Orthophthalic Type , Isophthalic Type Epoxy Vinyl   Swancore 901

Fiber glass

Chopped Strand Mat is a fiber glass that is widely used, which could be future group in to 200, 300, 450 and 600. The fiber glass is made from small glass fiber, which strengthen resin. Selecting fiberglass must choose the correct type for your work and fiberglass that could withstand the pulling force.
